Chocolate Hard Shell
Chocolate Hard Shell is a chocolate sauce, with a little magic. As soon as the chocolate sauce comes in contact with the ice cream, it hardens and surrounds the ice cream in a crispy chocolaty shell. It is identical to the magic shell that you get in stores. In under 5 mins you can impress your guests by turning a regular ice cream more desirable.

Ingredients
- 1½ tbsp Coconut Oil
- ½ cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Melt 1 & ½ tbsp Coconut Oil and ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate together in a saucepan over stove top on extremely low heat.
- Keep on stirring it continuously with a whisk until they are well combined and become a sauce.
- Drizzle the sauce over chilled ice cream using a spoon.
- Once the sauce comes in contact with cold ice cream, it will turn into a beautiful chocolate hard shell in less than a minute.
- Serve and relish immediately!
Notes
- It is vital that you use coconut oil only as it helps harden the shell.
