Pesto Parmesan Twisters

Want to enjoy some crispy, flaky, delicious Pesto Parmesan Twisters? It is much easier to make than you think. With just 3 ingredients and under 20 mins you will have this tasty snack ready!

For this recipe you use store bought Pesto as well. But if you have little extra time, I would highly recommend making homemade Pesto. It makes all the difference.

Pesto Parmesan Twisters

Want to enjoy some crispy, flaky, delicious Pesto Parmesan Twisters? It is much easier to make than you think. With just 3 ingredients and under 20 mins you will have this tasty snack ready!

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Pesto
  • 2 tbsp Grated Parmesan
  • 1 Sheet Puff Pastry

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven at 400 degree F. Line one large baking tray or two medium baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Unroll one sheet of puff pastry and cut it in 4 rectangle strips length wise (refer to the video), and gently separate them.
  • Using a pastry brush, apply pesto on alternate strips.
  • Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese over the pesto.
  • Place the remaining pastry strips on top of the prepared pastry strips (refer to the video) and gently press it down.
  • Cut each of the pieces of pastry into 4 long strips. Cut them in half from center.
  • Then hold the two ends of each strip, twist and carefully place on the baking tray. Repeat the same process for the remaining strips. (refer to the video)
  • Bake them in the oven at 400 F for 12 mins or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  • After removing them from the oven, let them cool for two mins and serve!
  • Enjoy the Pesto Parmesan Twisters with some spicy marinara or any dip of your choice.
