Whipped Cream
Why buy whipped cream from a store with artificial flavors and preservatives, when you can make it at home in under 5 mins with just 3 ingredients. Once you make it at home, you will know how easy and delicious it is. Enjoy it with some fresh strawberries, coffee, frappuccino, milkshakes or over a dessert.

Equipment
- Hand held mixture or Stand mixture with a whisk attachment.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Chilled Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream
- ½ tsp Vanilla Extract
- 2 tbsp Granulated or Confectioners’ Sugar
Instructions
- Keep the mixing bowl and the whisk attachment of your hand mixture or stand mixture in the freezer for 15 mins to chill. This step makes all the difference.
- Pour 1 cup of heavy cream/ heavy whipping cream in the mixing bowl, to which add ½ tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of granulated or confectioner’s sugar.
- Whip them together at medium-high speed for 3-4 mins or untill medium peaks are formed. Do not over whisk it as the Whipped Cream will flatten.
- Use immediately.
Notes
- You can make whipped cream and store it immediately in an airtight container for upto 24 hours
- You can double the measurements if you want more quantity.
