Ingredients
1cupChilled Heavy Cream or Heavy Whipping Cream
½tspVanilla Extract
2tbspGranulated or Confectioners’ Sugar
Instructions
Keep the mixing bowl and the whisk attachment of your hand mixture or stand mixture in the freezer for 15 mins to chill. This step makes all the difference.
Pour 1 cup of heavy cream/ heavy whipping cream in the mixing bowl, to which add ½ tsp of vanilla extract and 2 tbsp of granulated or confectioner’s sugar.
Whip them together at medium-high speed for 3-4 mins or untill medium peaks are formed. Do not over whisk it as the Whipped Cream will flatten.
Use immediately.
Notes
You can make whipped cream and store it immediately in an airtight container for upto 24 hours
You can double the measurements if you want more quantity.
