What are your thoughts on having dessert for breakfast? Well, look no more! This Chia seed pudding makes for a perfect energy fueled breakfast or a post workout snack.
Take 1 & ½ cup Almond milk in a glass container, add 2 tbsp Maple Syrup, add ½ tsp Vanilla Extract, sieve in 2 tsp cocoa powder and add ¼ cup Chia seeds. Mix everything well together.
Pour it into mason jars or glasses in which you intend to eat. Refrigerate it overnight and let them set.
Before consuming, top it with some walnuts, blueberries, raspberries or any other nuts and fruits of your choice.
