Preheat the oven at 350° F. Take 8”x 8” square baking tray, spray non-stick cooking oil on the inside, line it with parchment paper (as shown in the video), and keep it aside.
In a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup melted unsalted butter, to which add 1 cup granulated sugar, 1 cup brown sugar, and whisk it.
Add 1 tbsp instant coffee powder to 2 tbsp hot water and stir it. Add this coffee mixture (optional) into the same large bowl, followed by 3 eggs, 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract and mix everything.
Sieve in 1 cup All-purpose flour, ¾ cup Cocoa powder, 1 tsp Salt, and carefully fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients (refer to the video). Do not over mix it.
Now fold in 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips into the brownie batter.
Pour the batter into the lined baking tray, level it using a spatula, and bake it at 340°F for 30 mins or until the center is completely cooked through.
Remove the brownie from the oven and let it cool completely. Then gently lift the parchment paper and remove the brownie from the tray.
Cut it into small squares and relish the delicious, rich, extra chocolaty brownies right away!
